Open a ticket

Customer walks in. You fill out their name, instrument details, and what work they want done. Signature captured on screen. Ticket number assigned instantly. Print a shop copy at drop-off and the customer gets an email with their status link.

02 — Work

Track the job

Assign to a tech, update status, add tech notes. Customer can check their ticket status online anytime without calling in.

03 — Ready

Finalize & invoice

Enter actual labor and parts. Send a Stripe invoice, collect cash, or charge via a POS device, Bluetooth card reader, or Tap to Pay on iPhone. Customer gets an email notification that their instrument is ready for pickup.

04 — Done

Ticket closed

Payment recorded, instrument marked returned, service history attached to the customer's record for the next visit.
